RESERVATION POLICY

The reservation will be made by paying 100% of the total of the activity.

IMPORTANT

Paddle Surf and Surfing are sports related to natural environments and their meteorological conditions, which is why the carrying out or cancellation of the activities will be subject to the degree of safety and suitability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for bad weather conditions: In case of cancellation for weather reasons, Paddle Surf Paradise will refund the entire amount paid.

Cancellation by the client: 

• 7 days before the activity - Full refund

• Less than 7 days -  40% will be charged, refunding 60% to the client.

• 48 hours before the activity - No refund.
